en-trailer A1a new, improved trailer adapted to work with an agricultural drone.
The load capacity of this trailer is 1800 kilograms. It has a reinforced frame, chassis, springs, hydraulics and a roof with a load capacity of 170 kilograms. It is also braked, equipped with larger wheels, folding stands for stability and a better locking system.
The trailer has an improved aerodynamic design. It is easily and safely accessible from both the front and rear.
The front side of the trolley is adapted to store a generator that ensures smooth operation by charging the batteries used in the drone, or a battery that powers the lighting, sockets and overall electricity in the trailer trolley.
The front has grilles on both sides to provide ventilation. Likewise, the loading area on which the generator is placed is made of grids for better ventilation and heat escape.
The rear of the trolley is adapted to accommodate a drone and a 200L en-mix mixer for drone refuelling and mix preparation. The drone is attached with quick-release brackets on a pull-out shelf. The mounts can be adjusted to different drone models.
The en-mix itself is mounted, like the drone, on a pull-out shelf that is made of stronger material to provide a load capacity for a 200L load. The frame also includes a folding support leg with adjustable height for added safety and carrying capacity.
The trailer also includes a 6 metre telescopic pole for the DJI Relay, which makes working in tricky terrain much easier.
In the middle of the trailer, above the axle, there is a built-in 500L clean water tank. The tank is connected to the rear part where the en-mix mixer is located. There is also a level gauge on the wall next to the mixer, which now makes it possible to monitor the remaining volume in the built-in tank.
The roof of the trolley is easily accessible for the pilot, thanks to folding steps. The roof is covered with non-slip material for the safety of the pilot and its load capacity is 170kg. There are also 2 holes on the roof with a quick coupler for connecting a hydrant, which will ensure that the built-in tank is filled quickly, as well as air escaping if both holes are opened.
The trailer is also adapted for night work thanks to LED lighting in both the front and rear of the trailer. There is also an LED light on the tailgate, which can be opened 270 degrees so you can provide lighting around the whole trailer.
